GIGAIPCan embedded solution-focused subsidiary from GIGABYTE, is launching series of board-level products based on Intel® 11th Gen. Core processors (Code name: Tiger Lake UP3).  These next generation processors deliver a balance of performance and responsiveness in a low-power platform built on Intel® 10nm process technology.  The platform combines a high-performance CPU, up to 23% faster single thread performance, and up to 19% faster multi-thread performance.  With new Intel® Iris® Xe graphics, the platform offers up to 2.95 times faster graphics performance, plus PCI Express* 4.0 and Thunderbolt™ 4/USB4 technologies.

This new generation provides 4 core computing performance with 15~28W power consumption.  Its fanless design reduces the risk of fan failure and maintenance efforts and can operate under wide temperatures ranging from 0°C to 60°C.   This product line is ideally designed for industrial automation, AGV, manufacturing control system, IoT applications, Smart Retail, POS, KIOSK and Healthcare in space-limited operating environment.

 

QBiP Series 3.5" SBC (Model Name : QBiP-TGLA / QBiP-TGLB)

3.5" SBC of Tiger Lake-UP3 are designed to provide performance and flexibility on a range of compact form factors designed to make installation and deployment quick and easy.  With industrial grade construction, GIGAIPC offers stable and reliable performance on no matter where they're deployed. 

QBiP-TGLA (for smart retail) : Multi-display menu board or digital signage are the mainstream advertising campaign in retail industry, QBiP-TGLA offers 2 x HDMI 2.0, 2 x DP 1.4, 1 x eDP, supporting up to 4K resolution in up to 4 independent display outputs with 2 GbE Ethernet connectivity.  The series has Intel® 11th Gen core i3/i5/i7 processors as optional for various computing performance requirements.  USB Type-C ports with PD input/output of 100W power easily enable connectivity and power delivery to other devices at the same time, in order to reduce cable routings and simplify the system design.  The abundant expansion slots and I/O interfaces, such as USB 2.0/3.2 Gen2x1, GPIO, M.2 M-Key / E-Key / B-Key are flexible for further potential requirements, and TPM functionality allows remote control and security management from a control center to reduce OPEX.

QBiP-TGLB (for factory automation) : "Smart Factory" or IIoT applications request powerful and stable computing performance and image processing from machine vision in AOI or robotic arms that QBiP-TGLB can easily achieve with Intel® Tiger Lake UP3 processors and new Intel® Iris® Xe graphics technology.  In addition, it features isolated power, 2 x Gigabit LAN ports, 4 x switchable (RS-232/422/485) COM ports and 6 x USB ports, 1 x  AT/ATX mode select jumper and multi-display with a longevity product life cycle that acts upon any kind of automation processes in the Smart Factory.  What is more important, the wide voltage range of 9~48V DC input and wide-range temperature operation (0~60°C) ensures the reliability in extreme conditions for maximum performance both indoors and outdoors. 

 

 

 

Smart Display Module (Model name : SDM-TGL)

The adopted processors range from Intel® 11th Gen core i3-1115G4 / i5-1135G7 processors, to show low-power but high performance.   Featuring the compact dimension, it provides adequate I/O ports of 2 x GbE LAN ports, 1 x switchable COM port, USB 3.0 ports, and 2 x HDMI for dual display outputs on both sides of the enclosure and supports expansion slots including M.2 E-Key for Wifi+BT, M.2 M-key for PCIe x 4/SATA SSD with HDD option, which is perfectly suitable as thin-client for corporate and commercial usage in small-medium businesses and POS system in retail market.
